Enneagram Training Certificate

Companioning Others With the Enneagram

This training program is designed for spiritual directors, pastors, and ministry leaders desiring to utilize the Enneagram within their ministry context using the Enneagram of Christlike Virtues approach. This 15-hour training, conducted online via Zoom, includes five large group sessions, two small group coaching sessions, and a one-on-one coaching session with an instructor. Participants must offer consultations with at least two clients, under the supervision of their instructor, in order to receive a certificate of completion in this program.

Fall 2022 training will be limited to 16 participants. Applications are due by August 25. 

DATES & TIMES:

  • Session 1: Monday, September 12, 2022, 12:00 – 2:00 pm Central Time
  • Session 2: Monday, September 26, 2022, 12:00 – 2:00 pm Central Time
  • Sessions 3 and 4 will occur asynchronously during the month of October
  • Session 5: Monday, November 14, 2022, 12:00 – 2:00 pm Central Time
  • Two 2-hour small group coaching sessions will be scheduled in November / December
  • A 1-hour one-on-one coaching session will be scheduled with an instructor in November / December

COST:

Participants accepted into this training program are beneficiaries of someone else’s generosity rather than paying customers. While comparable training programs may range in cost from $750 to $1,500, we are committed to expanding access of spiritual formation training to leaders of diverse and underserved communities. Participants accepted into this program will be invited (not obligated) to prayesrfully consider offering financial gifts to Mosaic Formation and/or SFSAZ to bless future others. This training program is a collaborative partnership between Mosaic Formaton and SFSAZ.
